Last two months

Hi everyone!
It has been quite a time I don't update my blog because I'm lack of time.
I'm on semester break now and doing my pharmaceutical industrial training in UNIMED SDN BHD Damansara.

ok well...let me recall what's happening in my last two months...hmmm...

Avril Lavigne concert? Yay~ I went to Avril's concert on 15th March 2014 in Stadium Merdeka.
It was the second time I went to concert, the first concert I went is Yoga's concert in Genting~
I preferred Genting because it's too hot in Stadium!

what happened on the next day?
hmmmmm...oh ya! Bebe and I had a date at One City Sky Park.
First time I have been there. Nice view!

The following weekend, we went to Antipodean for brunch, Three little pigs and Big bad wolf for dinner. Both shops are located at Bangsar. I'm in love with the big breakfast at Antipodean, it's totally my cup of tea!!!!!!!!!!

Then....then...Pharmacy Night 2014!!!!
The event was held at Everly Hotel Putrajaya, 18th April 2014.
It was our turn (year 2) to organize this big event.
The event is meant for year 4 seniors who are going to graduate soon.
I admit, it was a time consuming and tough task for us as year 2 is always the most hectic year.
We barely had time to study because we were busy with the event, especially the High Com.
A thousand thanks to them. The event won't be so successful without them.
Although it's hard to organize an event, we did enjoy during the process and this had united us as one.
Theme for the Pharmacy Night was "Back In Time". Pretty cool huh~haha

**sorry I don't have much photos with me =(

On 25th April 2014, we went to camping, PPD camp for 3 days 2 night.
The campsite was near to Gua tempurung, Perak.
Lecturer asked us to be well mentally prepared as this camping was different with the last camp in year 1.
Why different? Because the person in charge for this camping was outsider but no more our lecturers.
We need to follow their instructions and obey the rules they set in the camp site.
Punishment will be done if we break any single rule.
It's ok, I was still looking forward and luckily it didn't let me down! Haha!

First day
It was already 2pm something when we reached the campsite. We divided into different teams as well.
We were stunned when we saw the environment of the camp site, it was so simple and crude. There were only 4 toilets for girls and we had around 80+ people. You can see the ratio right? LOL.
I found a river by the campsite and saw someone were tubing on water, it scared me because I was told that we were going to have this activity on next day. I have phobia toward water! LOL!

At night, Abang Mus (who in charge of our camping, there were many others abang too) gave us a motivational talk? I treat it as motivational talk, haha.
We also did a small test about personality. He then analyzed and explained the result of the test.I was really inspired by him and found out more about myself. I don't know how to explain my feeling in words here but I did know better about myself and try to improve myself to a better me.

After the talk, here we came the next activity, Night Walk!!! And it was already 10.30pm!!!
The back and forth journey took three hours plus.........WTH?
It was my first experience to night walking, quite scary at first but quite fun after some time.
The darkness and tranquility of the jungle almost put me to sleep, it made me felt like I was dreaming, LOL!
Oh ya! we saw some fire flies during night walking that we can hardly see them nowadays.
And one more thing, do you guys know that there are some bridges over the highway? I mean BRIDGE, not the flyover. The bridges are hiding behind the big advertisement board that you normally will see when you are using highway. Yay, we walked across the bridge over the highway and it's so excited!!
It was 2am something when we back to campsite and prepared to sleep.

Second day
Awakened by SIREN at 530am in the morning. Terkejut until I almost wet my pants........
After a series of stretching, we start to prepare our breakfast. Food provided was quite limited so we were hungry all the time during camping. Poor little things right?

Then, we started water tubing!!
I was a little bit frightened at first but later it was super duper fun when I knew how to control it
All of us were free floating on the river and brought along by the flow of water.
I forgot how many kilometers the river is but I knew we did float on the river for almost 3 to 4 hours.
Crazy right? We got serious sunburn after that TT.
Don't be shock when you see me darker than before =P
However, it's worth because it's a nice experience!
*Abang Jay (who taught and lead us during water tubing) is a very funny guy and he made me felt secured when I was in the water =) Miss him, haha!

After water tubing, they prepared some games for us that intended to strengthen our team work.
At night, we were told to have a performances from each team and theme "Alam Sekitar" was given.
We were given only 1 hour plus to prepare the performance and I was amazed by my talented coursemates. Who says pharmacist can't be an actor/actress? LOL
And this marked the end of our second day.

Third day
We can't wait to end this camping but somehow we were reluctant to leave there. We already built a bond with those abang and the place =(

Ok, back to the activity we did on third day.
Finally, we entered Gua Tempurung (main purpose of this camping).
Again, my first time in Gua Tempurung, a gua famous with its stalactites and stalagmites.

I was stunning by the magnificent scenery once I entered. There are many giant stalactites and stalagmites which take thousand of years to form.
Abang Jay said " stalactites and stalagmites take 100 years to grow 1cm, kita mati hidup mati hidup, baru dia grow 1cm" How amusing he is, haha~
Inside the gua, there are some branch path which lead to different ways. So it's dangerous if you walk without guidance from trained people, you may lost in there. And you don't even know how depth the water is inside the gua, it may cause tragedy if you are self-righteous. Dare to try? LOL

We took 3 hours plus to walk out from gua. Yea, this activity need stamina, strong stamina and we all made it!!!!
So grateful that I was given this opportunity to join the camping. It's the best camping experience I ever had!

One week after the camping was Year 2 Sem 2 Final Exam!!!
Mission impossible >> to revise 5 subjects in 6 days time!!!
Yes, it was the first time that I can't manage to revise all subjects during study week!!!
**why I experience so many "first time" for the last two months? LOL
I don't even have time to recharge myself after the tiring camping TT
But I did my best in the exam, hope the result will be same as I expected.
Come on, one more dean list please!

After two weeks of tortured final exam, I straight away started my industrial training in UNIMED SDN BHD at Bandar Manjalara, Damansara last week. The training is ongoing, now is the second week of training. Two more weeks to go~~
Don't doubt, I'm blogging in the office. I have nothing much to do during this training, just some typing.
It's quite relax in regulatory department (maybe I'm just a trainee, they don't allow us to do important stuff? haha)
I prefer here compare to Cyberjaya because here got a lot of Chinese food!!!!!! Yummy Yummy~~~
I think I won't be able to eat all the food here within one month~hahaha
The apartment(Aman Puri, Kepong) we rent is located on the hillside so the view is nice when you look down from apartment. And a weird thing that I've noticed, it raining everyday here and weather is not hot at all, but not as cool as Genting la~ I barely sweat even wearing a sweater while eating at hawker center (unlike muar or cyberjaya, weather there is killing me). Maybe here considered as highland? haha
Anyway, I do like here and try my best to eat all the food here before I done my training. Gambateh!!!

That's all I'd done in last two months, see you!!
